Hi there!
My name is Cheria Swenson. I am a Yoga practitioner of over ten years. I studied Classical Hatha Yoga and Basic Sanskrit at the JNICC (Jawaharlal Nehru Indian Cultural Center) a cultural wing of the Embassy of India in Indonesia.
I am currently residing in the state of New Mexico, U.S.A, and pursuing my degree in Medical Laboratory Science at Central New Mexico Community College.
I am a substitute aerobic fitness instructor at the East Gym & Fitness Center of the Kirland Air Force Base.
I am a NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine) -Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I am also a Masters Bikini Pro athlete of the Organization of Competition Bodies (OCB) Federation.
