I am a Master's 35+ Bikini Natural Professional Bodybuilder. I won my Pro Card at OCB Kekoa Classic show in Hawaii in 2024.
I am certified in Personal Training (CPT) and Nutritional Coaching (CNC) with National Academy of Sports Medicine.
My other fitness / mind-body background includes martial arts (Aikido) and Classical Hatha Yoga. I attended Aikido training in Japan and Yoga (asana, pranayama, and basic Sanskrit) classes Indonesia
I am currently enrolled in a Medical Laboratory Science degree program in New Mexico, to become a Medical Lab Tech.
My other interests include languages (I speak English, some Dutch and Indonesian), travel, food, biochemistry, hiking / outdoors, and my cats.
